Biography
I have always been passionate about theatre ever since my first production of Annie Jr. in 2014. I have been unable to step away even when things got more competitive. I refused to give up and volunteered to help backstage with jobs that ranged from sweeping the floors to managing a production. This made me fall in love with technical theatre and I gained a newfound respect for the creative process behind making a theatre production. I understood that it was not just the actors on stage, but also every person involved in the creative and production team who committed to refining the craft and making the show the best it could be.

This is why I am majoring in Theatre at Florida State University with a double track in Stage Management and Design & Production. Additionally, I am passionate about fight choreography and am interested in getting licensed.
As of now, I have been an actor in 25 shows and involved in the technical crew for 14. My work includes: Stage Manager, Light Board Operator, Sound Cue Operator, Spotlight Operator, A2, Stagehand, Dresser/Wardrobe, Junior Teaching Artist, Assistant Stage Manager, and Fight Captain.

This Portfolio showcases my research on the Golden Age of Broadway and creating projects for ENC2135 Section 0053 (Research, Genre, Discussion). Although I have been heavily involved in theatre my entire life, this is a new experience for me because I have new written or researched about it in an academic standpoint and I wanted to expand my understanding on the history of theatre since my knowledge was lacking in that area.
